- #1 – VIA INSTAGRAM – Post your local food photo and description on your Instagram feed with the hashtags #eatlikealocal and #wildsightelkvalley

- #3 – VIA WEBSITE – Upload your photos to the #EatLikeALocal contest via this webpage once the contest is live
RULES: No purchase is necessary to participate. Locally grown food must be included in the photo to qualify. A simple description of the locally grown food included in the photo must be included. You may enter the contest a maximum of once a day. The photos you submit must be your own and have been taken during the month of March. The contest runs March 8th to 28th, 2022. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Any photo submitted may be shared by Local or Wildsight Elk Valley to promote this contest or announce the winner.
PRIZES: Daily prize giveaways are valued at $40 each and a winner will be chosen at random each day. Winners will be announced weekly on March 15th, 22nd & 29th on the Wildsight Elk Valley Facebook and Instagram pages. Winners will be contacted via the social platform they submitted their photo contest entry. #EatLikeALocal prizes will be available to be picked up at Local at 632 2nd Ave, Fernie from 2-6pm Tuesday to Saturday. Gift certificates are valid for in-store use only. DAILY PRIZES – $40 gift certificate to Local will be given away to a winner that will be chosen at random each day during the contest period. Winners will be announced on March 15th, 22nd & 29th, 2022 via the Wildsight Elk Valley’s Facebook & Instagram pages. PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD – Public voting during the contest period will designate the winner of the People’s Choice award for a $40 gift certificate to Local. The award will be announced on March 30th, 2022 via Wildsight Elk Valley’s social media pages.
