Camp Odyssey

Camp Overview

Camp Odyssey offers weeklong day camps and single-day camps throughout July and August in Kimberley and Cranbrook. This is a great opportunity to have your children outside, in a safe, structured, and fun environment. 

During this nature-based summer day camp, kids spend their days outdoors; hiking, exploring, gardening, learning wilderness survival skills, making crafts, playing games, and more!

March 20 – 22

Nearby Naturalists, ages 5-8
This group will stay closer to “home base”, walking significantly less and doing more crafts and games at and around Kimberley Independent School.

9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Drop-off: 8:45 – 9:00 am at Kimberley Independent School (73 101 Ave, Kimberley)
Pick-up: 3:45 – 4:00 pm at Kimberley Independent School (73 101 Ave, Kimberley)

March 25-28

Happy Hikers, ages 7-12
This group is perfect for keen walkers who want to explore a little further away from “home base”. This group can expect to walk approx. 4-6 km each day, with plenty of stops for exploring and activities.

Forest and Nature School: Winter 2024 Programs

Wildsight volunteers are a very special group of people who give generously of their time to stuff envelopes, attend rallies, help run events, put up posters, keep tabs on forestry practices in their communities and participate in citizen science initiatives.
