Information and Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in our
Kimberley Farmers’ Market!

Applications for Stalls are now open!

The Kimberley Farmers’ Market is growing into a vibrant community hub: bringing people together to shop, connect, and create. This season, we’re expanding into the north end of the Platzl and have secured the Gazebo, and are working hard to add shade and seating to encourage people to stay, gather, and enjoy the space. Alongside vendors, we’re hoping to feature music, workshops, art, and family-friendly activities, including the return of kids programming.

We’re excited for the 2026 season and look forward to building it together.

We welcome applications from vendors of locally grown, baked, made, or wild-crafted products, with priority given to farmers and food producers.  Organizations that don’t fall within our vendor guidelines are welcome to apply for a community stall to share information and connect with the public. For vendors and community stalls, please use the Stall Application form and review the Market Handbook before applying.

We invite not only vendors, but also musicians, artists, facilitators, and other groups to help shape the market experience through performances, workshops, and interactive offerings. If you’re interested in contributing in this way, please apply through our Market Experiences Application form.

Stall Application

Wildsight’s goal is to maintain a food-focused market that supports small-scale farmers and specialty food producers. As part of our food sustainability work, and as members of the BC Association of Farmers’ Markets, priority is given to vendors offering fresh produce and value-added food products, with remaining space allocated to crafts, art, and other goods.

Organizations that do not fall within our “locally made, baked, or grown” guidelines are welcome to apply for a community stall to share information, and passively engage with the public around their work, volunteer opportunities, or initiatives. For more activity based engagement, please see Market Experiences below.

Before applying, please review the Market Handbook and New in 2026 document carefully, as they outline updated policies, expectations, and market direction.

NOTE: We’ve received a high level of interest and space is limited. Apply early to increase your chances of being accepted.

Market Experiences Application (opening soon)

We’re curating a diverse mix of music, activities, and interactive experiences to bring the market to life each week. We welcome all styles and formats: live music (buskers and featured acts), workshops, talks, hobby circles, demonstrations, and more.

Each market aims to include a mix of hands-on and passively participatory experiences, from join-in activities to performances or demos that people can enjoy as they move through the space. Programming takes place throughout the site, including the street, the Platzl, and the gazebo, with the north end of the Platzl available all season for community use. Whatever you’re thinking, we want to know about it!

We also encourage applications from community groups and non-profits looking to host activities, share knowledge, or animate the space in creative ways.

Help us make the market the heart of Kimberley this summer!

Applications for Market Experiences will open by May 1, 2026
