Volunteer

Wildsight Golden has all sorts of volunteers. Volunteer to help run events, to work in the office, to put up posters, to paint barricades and maintain the Reflection Lake Kiosk. There are many opportunities from 30 minutes once in a while to an hour a week. We depend on volunteers and reward them with fellowship, gratitude and references. Click here to volunteer.

Join our board

Wildsight Golden is a non-profit organization run by a board of directors. We have very low turnover on our board, but we do need a few new directors every year. Being on a board of directors is easy and a low time commitment. Again, this is a volunteer post, but the hours are reasonable, about 2 hours a month, with the odd month off. There is always opportunities to put more time in. Training is provided, free of charge, and mentorship. Make a difference, learn new skills and meet new people. Please email: golden@wildsight.ca to find out more, have a coffee with a board member or sign yourself up.
