With her biology degree in hand, Myriam moved west from the Ottawa area. She began her journey with Wildsight in 2020 as a board member, driven by a passion for environmental conservation and community engagement. It wasn’t long before she took on a summer position as Project Coordinator in 2021, followed by becoming Branch Administrator in 2022. Since then, Myriam has been promoted to Retail Manager at the Local Store, Wildsight Elk Valley’s first social enterprise.
