It’s possible to retrofit homes for health, comfort and energy efficiency using the Passive House EnerPHit standard. This is an introduction to this standard, with key guidelines, with a heads up on the key issues that need addressing during any retrofit. Kevin has over 30 years experience in new construction and renovations – including heritage buildings – and has recently relocated from Calgary to Kimberley. Kevin Brown is a Certified Passive House Design, a Passive House Tradesperson and a Trainer. He has been building using the Passive House Standard for 12 years, and has recently moved back to the Kootenays.
