All things electric – cars, trucks, bikes, scooters. All emission-free transportation.
Join us on September 14 in Invermere and Sept 21 in Cranbrook to have all your questions answered on EVs, e-bikes, e-everything. EV dealerships will also be joining us to showcase and test drive their cars, including Subaru and Kia, local EV drivers will flaunt their cars and absolutely love to chat EV’s!
Try out an e-bike from Lakeside Bikes, learn about Wildsight’s EV carshare Spark, ask the experts from Cleanline Automotive any technical questions on driving and maintaining an EV.
Many local businesses are switching to EVs – check out the Ford Lightnings used by thinkBright Homes and Taynton Bay and have a look at Columbia Valley Freight’s new electric delivery van.
Test drive a new EV from Cranbrook Kia and Subaru of Cranbrook.
More events and participants being added all the time.
At noon at both locations we will have Aaron Van de Kemp from Cleanline Automotive answer all your EV questions.
We are working in partnership with the East Kootenay Climate Hub for the E-transportation show in Cranbrook on Sept 21 – just outside the Saturday Market in Rotary Park. Also from 10am – 1pm. In addition to cars and bikes, you can try an e-scooter from Bird Canada, learn about carshare programs with Kootenay Carshare, test drive the latest EV’s from local dealers. As a really special treat there will be 2 electric conversions of 1928 vehicles on display!
All this is made possible with funding from Clean BC – Emotive. Here is a great source of information on all those EV questions.
If you are an EV owner and would like to join the show please email Karen at invermere@wildsight.ca
