Celebrate Earth Week with us!
We’re calling on community residents, schools, and organizations to come together and rejuvenate local neighbourhoods, green spaces, and urban engagement areas. This all-ages event is a fantastic opportunity to get outdoors, team up with family and friends, and do your part to give Cranbrook and Kimberley a spring clean.
Whether you’re participating individually or as a team,
we encourage registering in advance (button above).
Monday-Friday April 20-24: Springtime Spruce Up Details
Team up with your business, friends, family or school to clean up an area of your choosing. Sign up and a community liaison will contact you to provide bags and identify your route!
Saturday April 25: Community Clean Up Details
Timing:
Arrive by 10:00am sharp
Wrap up by 1:00pm
Starting Location:
Centennial Centre, 100 4th Ave Kimberley
Things to know:
– Bring your own durable gloves if possible & plan to walk, bike, or ride to pickup locations.
– All other equipment provided (bags, etc).
– Dress appropriately for the weather & bring snacks & water!
– Wear bright clothing for better visibility.
– Prizes will be available – categories to come.
