Help us enhance Cranbrook’s Spooner Park! We’re seeking volunteers to join us on Wednesday, July 15, from 5:30 – 7 pm to tidy stream banks, maintain riparian guilds, and remove invasive species like Burdock.
Come prepared to prune, pick, move, dig, and learn. Wear and bring whatever you need to work comfortably outdoors, including long sleeves, pants, work gloves, protective footwear, a hat, a refillable water bottle, and sunscreen.
This volunteer event a great chance to meet like-minded locals and help preserve public spaces for the benefit of all!
