Calling local youth: harvest herbs and make tea!
Join a hands-on tea harvest workshop for youth at the Kimberley Community Garden. Guided by Ashley Lortscher, participants will identify and gather herbs suitable for making tea.
Participants will then catch a free ride to Lee’s Cafe to dehydrate the herbs and make tea. The tea will be served at the Spark Society’s Tuesday Tea Social, a recurring local event that is free for seniors to attend.
