You’re invited to a fun, free, hands-on Seed Planting Workshop at the Kimberley Public Library, hosted in collaboration with the Kimberley Edible Gardens & Greenhouse (KEGG) and the Kimberley Community Garden.
This workshop will focus on the basics of seed starting and local gardening, with participants planting seeds to take home and grow. There will also be opportunities to ask questions, share gardening tips, and learn more about locally tested gardening practices suited to our region.
Whether you’re an experienced gardener or completely new to growing food, this FREE workshop is open to all ages and is a great way to get started for the growing season.
When: April 14 & April 21 from 3:30 – 4:30 pm (two sessions)
Where: The workshop will take place in the Kimberley Public Library Reading Room
Cost: Free – all supplies will be provided, including seeds and seed-starting materials.
Space is limited, so registration is required.
