Wildsight Invermere is thrilled to welcome ThinkBright Homes as the Presenting Sponsor of the 13th annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival — happening right here in Invermere on November 14th and online!
Tickets are still available and we have an exciting array items to bid on through our Silent Auction.
More than just a film night, the festival is a high-spirited gathering where inspiration, community, and our shared connection to nature take centre stage. It’s an evening to celebrate wild places and the stories that remind us why they matter. With seven short documentaries filling this night in 2026, you’ll laugh, sigh, be inspired, provoked, and entertained by a cast of unforgettable characters — human and otherwise — from all corners of the planet. Check out the film program here.
Each year, local businesses and individuals show their love for the Columbia Valley by stepping up to support this popular Wildsight Invermere fundraiser. After last year’s film festival, ThinkBright Homes immediately came forward to be named the 2026 Presenting Sponsor. Owned by Invermere locals Meredith Hamstead and Paul Denchuk, ThinkBright Homes are passionate about building homes and communities better – for people and the planet. From the early days of Wildsight, Meredith has continued to support this organisation, even being an important member of the Jumbo Wild Forever campaign and the previous East Kootenay Environmental Society (EKES). Our community is the core of our organisation and support us across many programs and over many years.

At thinkBright, we are not just building a home, we are building a House-as-a-System, starting from the ground up. Our Integrated Design Process allows us to deliver superior energy efficiency and comfortPaul Denchuk
The spirit of stewardship lies at the heart of the Wild & Scenic Film Festival — inspiring action and celebrating the natural world through storytelling, education, and community connection.
Thank you ThinkBright Homes for not only being this year’s Presenting Sponsor, but for your on-going support of Wildsight Invermere over the past 35+ years.
