7 am – Meet at the Nordic Centre parking lot
7 am – 7:20 am Introductions, Stretching, Prayer & Smudge
7:20 am – Embark on our Snowshoe Adventure – 4 km Trail
9 am – End the journey with a Guided Meditation, Labrador Tea/Hot Chocolate Bannock & Jam at the Owls Roost Cabin
For Ages: 12 years of age and up
