Lots of good things are happening at Wildsight Invermere these days, including serious planning for our 9th Annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival on November 19th! In the meantime, on October 6th, please join us for a special pre-fest members’ get-together that includes a free screening of Love is the Way, thanks to the folks at Wild & Scenic Film Fest headquarters.The film brings together the voices speaking in defense of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, highlighting the generations of stewardship by Gwich’in and Iñupiaq people. It features powerful imagery of the north and of the caribou and other wildlife that depend on an intact landscape for their survival. Check out the trailer here.
