International Migratory Bird Day Interpretive Bird Walks

Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Golden Branch
Location:
Reflection Lake

Here in Golden we are blessed to live next to the Columbia River Wetlands, a key resting stop for thousands of migratory birds. Wildsight Golden loves birds and birdwatching so we will celebrate this day buy hosting two bird walk events with our amazing naturalists.

Go on a morning or evening bird walk for International Migratory Bird Day. There will be two birding sessions that day. They will both be walks beginning at Reflection Lake. Binoculars and spotting scopes will be provided and birder enthusiasts of all abilities and families are welcome. Times will be provided at the time of registration.

These will be by registration and registration will be limited as per Public Health orders, so it would be preferable that people registered for one session or another, not both. Please register by emailing Golden@wildsight.ca with the number of people attending. We must cap our registration at 10 right now, but we will watch Public Health Orders carefully and let you know if we can have more people involved.

This event costs are per donation with a suggested donation of $10 per person.
