Mark your calendars for May 8th to 10th, 2020 for the 8th Creston Valley Bird Fest. Join us to explore the wonderful bird biodiversity of the Creston Valley. Besides guided birding tours and canoe trips, events include botany and native bee hikes, and visits to local food and wine producers.

Our Friday night speaker is Gary Davidson, photographer and birder of over 40 years.  He will be giving a presentation on Birds of Australia at Casey’s Community House.

Keynote speaker is John Acorn, also known as the “Nature Nut” who makes learning about nature fun by sharing his contagious and enthusiastic interest in all living things.

Acorn the Nature Nut is an award winning TV series consisting of 88 episodes including insects, birds, butterflies, beetles, spiders, scorpions, fish, invertebrates, lizards, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, plants, pets, marine creatures, and dinosaurs.

We also have a Mother’s Day Paint and Pour with Artist Wendy Franz at Baillie Grohman Winery on Sunday afternoon.
