Cosma arrived in the Elk Valley in 2022 to pursue her dream of ski instructing. After splitting her seasons between the slopes and managing the Kootenay Fly Shop & Guiding Co., she felt ready to explore a different side of Fernie. Joining Wildsight Elk Valley’s Local Store was a natural progression, allowing her to dive into her passions for sustainability and community food systems. When she isn’t at the store or dreaming of food, you’ll still find Cosma skiing, hiking, or swimming around Fernie.
