Arnoul Mateo

Originally from France, I arrived in British-Columbia 5 years ago. Roaming in the bush around the province to find culinary mushroom made me realized the impact of industrial human activities on the landscape, and the urgency to protect it. 
With my degree in wildlife conservation, I tried to quickly put my skills to work as an activist and volunteer for various organizations. I have lead climate change workshops, old-growth ski tours, and different events around sustainability.
In my free time, I’m trying to explore more of the wilderness that British-Columbia has to offer.
