Nicki Blanchard

Nicki was raised in the prairies and hails from a family with a rich history in agriculture. She has consistently exhibited a fervent passion for food, food security, and supporting local producers. With a Bachelor of Nursing degree and ongoing studies in holistic nutrition and Phytotherapy,Nicki also possesses a profound appreciation for the remarkable benefits that plants offer our bodies. In May 2023, Nicki commenced her journey with Wildsight as a volunteer, building on previous volunteer experience in preparing and serving food for community members. Through her association with Wildsight,Nicki aspires to enhance food accessibility for all community members and nurture the vital connection from field to fork.
