Kent Christensen

Kent moved to Revelstoke in the fall of 2015 after finishing his undergraduate degree.The ease of access to the outdoors and the opportunities that a small town provides brought him to call Revelstoke home. He feels fortunate to have a good job working as a treeplanter in Revelstoke which allows him to see far into the many valleys of the Columbia River Basin. Experiencing the beauty and vastness of our home through work and recreation has inspired Kent to move towards protecting these places for future generations. Kent’s hope is that everyone has the opportunity to experience the wilderness around Revelstoke in the same way that he has.
