Reducing waste is all fun and games
For our final Climate Pledge activity (and to ring in spring), we’re hosting Zero Waste Bingo!
Waste is the third largest non-industrial source of greenhouse gas emissions in Invermere and there’s heaps we can do on an individual level to reduce the amount that we generate. Playing our Zero Waste Bingo is easy as pie, with fun prompts that encourage you to make everyday changes that add-up, and get you out and about in our community supporting local businesses.
Participating is easy! Simply download the Zero Waste Bingo card and check off the items as you go. When you’ve got “Bingo,” email your completed card to Karen at Invermere@Wildsight.ca! Bonus points if you include a selfie participating in the challenge as proof 🙂
PS: The first participant to get “Bingo” wins a $50 gift certificate to Canada’s Outdoor Learning Store!
