Location:
Centre 64 (dance hall)
Address:
64 Deer Park Ave, Kimberley, BC V1A 2J2

Join us on Friday April 7th at 7:30pm  at the Centre 64 dance hall in Kimberley. Our short AGM meeting and elections will be followed with a presentation by Pat Morrow and the showing of Hobnails and Hemp Rope.

We are excited to combine this year’s AGM with an insightful presentation on pioneer mountain guide Conrad Kain’s legacy by Kootenay photographer Pat Morrow (including photos of Kain’s first ascents in New Zealand taken during Pat’s recent tour of the Southern Alps) followed by the showing of Hobnails and Hemp Rope. The documentary film closing the evening is a historical reenactment of the groundbreaking 1916 Bugaboo Spire ascent.
