When combined together, our small actions create a big impact. The Wild and Scenic Film Fest sits apart from hundreds of other festivals by leaving you feeling motivated to make a difference in your community. It puts our local work into the broader environmental and social context and serves to remind us that we’re participants in a global movement….

Cam Gillies, Emcee and Wildsight Director

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival is Wildsight Invermere’s annual fund raiser and a much-anticipated Columbia Valley event. We first organized the festival in 2014 as a way to bring everyone together to celebrate environmental stewardship and our connection to nature. Nine years later, we’re still bringing world-class films and a venue for conversation, camaraderie and inspiration to our mountain community. Big thanks for the ongoing support by the folks at the flagship Wild & Scenic Film Festival in California.
