About the Comedians
Brittany Lyseng is a nationally touring Stand-Up Comedian, Writer, and Podcaster. Her comedy career began after 12 years as a tradesman with the desire to lift less and laugh more, and in turn, has become one of the Canadian industry’s fastest-rising stars. She has been seen on CTV’s Roast Battles Canada, CBC’s New Wave of Stand-Up Comedy, Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, and CTV’s The Stand-Up Show with Jon Dore, as well as making appearances on CBC Radio’s The Debaters. Released in 2019, her first album Going Up debuted at #1 on iTunes and was followed with appearances at three Just For Laughs festivals (Montreal, JFL 42 in Toronto, and Vancouver’s JFL Northwest). Most recently she was featured in Reader’s Digest magazine and was graced with a 2022 Canadian Screen Awards nomination.
Jarrett Campbell is one of the fastest-rising talents in Canadian Comedy. His work has been featured on MTV, CTV, Comedy Network, and CBC. From New York to Vancouver, Jarrett has been on stages all across North America and continues to tour regularly with Yuk Yuks. He has opened for the likes of Chris D’Elia, Theo Von, Andrew Schulz, Mark Normand, Andrew Santino, and many more. He appeared on Jeff Ross’s Roast Battle, as well as Roast Battle Canada, and recorded his second television set on the Jim Jeffries Gala at Just for Laughs in Montreal. Jarrett was nominated as the 2019 Breakout Artist of the Year at the Canadian Comedy Awards and has previously been nominated for Best Writing in a Comedy Series. Jarrett was nominated for Comedy Album of the Year at the 2020 Junos.
Sarah Stupar was born in Cranbrook BC, but left as soon as she could for the bright lights of the city, where she promptly learned what redneck she truly was! She began stand-up in Montreal in 2012 and continued after relocating to Vancouver in 2015, where she worked in the film industry (catch her in the background of literally dozens of Hallmark films). When Sarah returned to Cranbrook in 2019, she produced the Kootenay Comedy Festival, which evolved into Camp Kootenay Comedy, which toured Kootenays. Sarah worked as a flag person in Radium on the construction of the new traffic circle and has been passionate about protecting the Bighorns ever since.
