Community Outreach

Throughout the year, Wildsight Invermere staff, volunteers, and Board directors attend public events throughout the Columbia Valley. We have recently updated our public outreach booth with new interactive and interpretive displays. Catch us around the valley!

Just a few of the events we’ve attended:

  • Invermere Farmer’s Market
  • David Thompson Secondary School Earth Day Fair
  • JA Laird Environmental Science Fair
  • Mosaic Mountain Arts Festival
  • Invermere Canada Day Celebrations
  • Lake Windermere Summer Splash
  • Columbia Salmon Festival

If you love sharing your enthusiasm for the environment, email or phone us to help out at one of our Community Outreach Booths – no previous experience necessary!
