Bee the Change Lip Balm

WKC is thrilled to pollinate the news that we have partnered with Moody Bee to bring the Bee the Change Lip Balm, made of 100% natural beeswax! The lip balm will be for sale at our markets and events, as well as in store at Moody Bee (located in the Kimberley platzl).

For every Bee the Change lip balm you purchase, a portion of proceeds goes towards supporting our branch to continue efforts for environmental education, conservation, and regeneration initiatives in Kimberley and Cranbrook.

There has never been a more important time to focus on a sustainable, environmentally conscious future. Wildsight Kimberley Cranbrook works at a local level to educate populations and champion climate solutions, sustainability, biodiversity, healthy cities, forests and wetlands. We also know that bees and other pollinators are essential to many areas of our work, but they are increasingly under threat from urbanization and climate change. Dwindling bee numbers present an environmental crisis on an unprecedented level, especially when we consider that over three-quarters of wild flowering plants and one-third of the food we eat depend on insect pollination.

We share a vision with Moody Bee to help protect pollinators, all of whom are vital contributors to the maintaining of a healthy ecosystem for all living beings.

Thank you for supporting us by purchasing a lip balm today. Together, we can “Bee the Change” we wish to see in the world.
