Q: Are the online films the same as the ones in the live screening?
No, the films in the online program and live screenings are all different. There is no overlap!

Q: When does the rental period begin?
The rental period begins immediately as soon as the customer presses play (on any video).
Q: How long do I have access to the online programs after I purchase tickets?
If you purchase a single ticket program, you will have access to films for three days. If you choose to purchase a bundle program or grouping of two or more programs, you will have access to films for two weeks. Please note that this is subject to Banff Centre’s arrangements with filmmakers. You can access the films contained in your program at your leisure throughout the purchase or rental period.
Q: Can I buy tickets as a Christmas Gift? Is there an option for me to give the virtual program(s) as a gift?
YES! If you want to send a World Tour program or bundle to someone special, you can gift that transaction to them. Learn how to gift film programs here.
Q: Can I rewatch the films?
Yes! If you re-watch them during the rental period.
Q: How do I watch the films?
You will need to have an internet or wifi connection to view the films, as they are only available through online streaming (not downloaded).
Q: Are streaming apps available?
Yes. There is an iOS + Android app available. The app tends to be the easiest way for customers to stream film programs to their smart TVs. Check out this video to learn how to watch film programs using apps.

In the unlikely event that you have some technical issues, you can check the Banff Centre How-To page or contact the Help Centre for more information. If you need support immediately, go straight to Vimeo Support.
