You may be familiar with “Weed and Feed” as the chemical fertilizer that some folks spray on their lawns. Our Weed and Feed is something different altogether! Join us in the Open Gate Garden for a working bee in which we come together to complete garden tasks, share knowledge and information and enjoy tasty eats fresh from the garden.
We will be exploring different culinary uses for Mint during our third Weed and Feed. Also, we will have a brief lesson on the basics of plant guilds and then will be working on establishing our new guilds (a Permaculture design practice) around the Apple tree and Cherry tree. We look forward to seeing you!
