Wild and Scenic Film Festival

The Wild and Scenic Film Festival will return to Invermere for the 4th year in a row on SaturdayNovember 25, 2017, from 5 -9:30 pm, with a full evening of films, pizza, wine and beer, a raffle with great prize, a silent auction and lots of door prizes. Oh, and so many cool mountain people!

This unique film festival will leave you feeling INSPIRED and MOTIVATED to go out and make a difference in the community! It’s also our annual fund raiser. So don’t miss it.

The Wild and Scenic Film Festival is an international festival, touring in 150 cities and towns in North America, with each screening catered to local environmental topics and issues. You’ll see how communities across the globe are taking action and becoming part of the solution on issues ranging from energy, food systems, biodiversity, climate change and the protection and restoration of wild lands and wild waters. You’ll experience the adrenaline of kayaking the wildest rivers, climbing the highest peaks and trekking across the globe with adventure films from around the world. You’ll explore the issues and movements with leading environmental activists and professionals, filmmakers and celebrities.
