Reel to Real Film and Speaker Series

Reel to Real brings interesting, innovative, and inspiring films and speakers to the Columbia Valley. Topics relate to local landscape and wildlife issues or adventure. Since 2012, we have hosted high-profile speakers including:

  • David Suzuki
  • Ethno-botanist and National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence Wade Davis
  • Bhutanese government representative Dasho Kinley Dorje
  • Kevin Van Tighem with his book, Bears without Fear

Recent films have included River of No Return, All the Time in the World, and Project Wild Thing.

Stay tuned for details on our 2017 series, focusing on the theme Bears, Bats and Bees.
